The problem is that there is an unlimited supply of economic stupidity and a very limited amount of economic sanity. This stems from the left's lockhold on economics teaching in academia - virtually all that may be taught is either Marxism-Lite (Keynesianism) or the real thing (Marxism). Austrian School Economics is virtually unheard of in academia, and yet that is how the real world actually works. I know an economics teacher in the Philippines who was a big fan of Mises, but said if she ever tried to teach it in her University she would be immediatley fired and would never be able to find another job. Anyone interested in REAL economics may wish to check out the Mises Institute and mises dot org.

Our politicians have learned the Stalin lesson: Make it up. The trouble is that eventually the whole thing crashes and they wind up upside down hanging from a sign frame like Mousolini.
Come see us at The Two Minute Conservative, http://tinyurl.com/7jgh7wv and when you speak ladies will swoon and liberal gentlemen will weep.
