Who is risking all that money in loans to countries who are in debt and just going deeper with no effort to climb out of the debthole?

Except in regard to the homeless. After eight long years of stories detailing the misery and plight of the "homeless" during the Bush adminstration, POTUS Obama solved the "homeless" problem is less than six months. I mean, when was the last time NBC, CBS, ABC, MSNBC, CNN, etc. did a story on the "homeless" in America? No stories about the "homeless" living under bridges or in tunnels or parking garages at all any more. So the "homeless" problem must be solved! POTUS Obama, blessed be His name.
