I hope you saw the August issue of A Line of Sight that published yesterday.  I particularly wanted to draw your attention to the endorsement of Romney-Ryan by award winning radio host Craig Silverman.  .

Silverman's support of Romney is particularly notable as he publicly supported Barack Obama in 2008, has spent most of his life as a Democrat, is Jewish, a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, and a self-identified "moderate."

Silverman's endorsement is the lead article currently posted on the home page of our website.  Here's a key excerpt:

I am enormously disappointed in President Obama and his administration.

The economy remains bad.  The debt bomb keeps growing.  Iran is on the verge of having nukes.  The power of the Muslim Brotherhood and Islamism is expanding rapidly.  Our Justice Department is full of politics and political correctness.  Fast and Furious is a disgrace.  AG Eric Holder needs to go.

I want leadership in the White House.  I want a government with a budget that makes sense.  I do not want problems perpetually kicked down the road.  I want major legislation to be debated in the public, and not rammed down our throats without even being read by anyone other than the special interests who wrote it.

I predict there are many who share this feeling and will follow the same path to Romney. It does however send a very clear message to anyone who will be president that lip service, hope, and politics as usual will not be tolerated. If Romney wins I have some advice, make decisions based on what is right for America, not what either party demands of you, and lead as if it is your one and only term because if you don't, it will be.

I admire a man who can stand up and say, I made a mistake. After a person has admitted error, what else can his adversary say? I say, thanks for being a stand-up guy Craig, admitting that you once had a problem called obamanism, rhymes with marxism...they mean nearly the same thing. I want the same things you do Mr. Silverman. My congratulations for admitting the problem and seeing the light.

Craig Silverman is to be congratulated for coming forth and being truthful. Yes, so he missed it the first time around even though the warnings were out there, but then so did a lot of other voters and this is the reason for this dismal Obama first term. Thank you, Mr. Silverman for having the courage to speak out. So, a lot of people won't like what you have to say, but on the other hand, there will be some who will give your article much thought. There is still time for us to do what is right for America.

I asked myself several times; What would Obama do different if he gets re-elected for another four years? The answer is: "THE SAME BULL_____".
John5103 Wrote: Aug 23, 2012 8:23 PM
This is a bittersweet endorsement. On the one hand, it acknowledges the failings of Obama. On the other hand, it shows that some people who think they're smart are so shallow that they can't see a train wreck coming until after it happens. Obama is EXACTLY as pathetic as he was in 2008; there was NO LOGICAL REASON to assume he would succeed by trying things that were obviously stupid and unAmerican, no reason to believe any of his lofty claims that ALREADY conflicted with his sorry record and solidly backward ideology. So congratulations Silverman for finally being smacked by reality, but shame on you for missing it in the first place when it was SO OBVIOUS.
John5103 Wrote: Aug 23, 2012 8:27 PM
The growing parade of high-profile Obama supporters turning on him shows that Obama is SO pathetic that even his partisan allies can't ignore the need to fire him before he destroys us. This kind of phenomenon has never happened before in my memory; it's a good sign that Obama has already lost, and by a wide margin.
SpaceVegetable Wrote: Aug 23, 2012 11:27 PM
It's not just Obama, but Democrats in general. Here in Mass., there have been ads for Scott Brown airing that show prominent Democrats endorsing him over Elizabeth "Fauxcahontas" Warren. Former Boston Mayor Ray Flynn is one, I forget the name of the woman in the other. Plus, New York's Mayor Bloomberg (Is he a Dem? He acts like one, but I thought I heard he was independent?) has also endorsed him. Meanwhile, Lyin' Lizzie Warren gets most of her support from the same Hollywood crowd that favors Obama.
SpaceVegetable Wrote: Aug 23, 2012 11:18 PM
Well, there wasn't as much info about Obama available in 2008 and many people (myself included, embarrassingly enough) were won over by the positive and optimistic message he was pushing. I've always been a glass-half-full kind of person and I like to think positively as opposed to the "we're all doomed" sentiment I hear from many. So I, like many, were bamboozled by this smooth talker. If he had lived up to his "Yes we can" message, things would be far different. Instead, he has turned on everyone who voted for him and has ignored the will of the people, pushing his own petty agenda and dividing us instead of bringing us together for the good of the country. In short, he blew it and he's not getting a second chance - not from me, anyway.
SpaceVegetable Wrote: Aug 23, 2012 11:23 PM
He has actually convinced me to not vote for any Democrats this time around. As an independent, I usually vote for a mix of D and R on the ballot. This time, it's all R all the time. The Democrats have all followed his idiotic policies and continued to insult us hard-working people ("you didn't build that") while demanding more money from us to pay for all those new immigrants he gave amnesty (despite Congress and most of America opposing it) and all those welfare people who no longer have to work - all while calling us greedy and selfish and insinuating we don't pay our "fair share" (God, I'm *sick* to death of hearing that phrase).

I have seen this barbaric muslim vicious act on the video, and I am appalled that Obama has NOT spoken out on this, AND the MANY Christians that are being killed for Their beliefs, worldwide. It imparts to me, that HE is in FAVOR of this from His Muslim Brethern. It should be also, noted that HE AND Hillary are BOTH
in favor of the continued takeover by "The Muslim Brotherhood". They care LESS
about Israel OR America, that has been threatened by the Imam who said they want to destory Both.

@NewZealBlogi.com - please read Obama's Commie/Marxism & his attempt to dismantle Amerca(arrogant-his words) &being caught on the hot mic assuring the Russian Pres. "I'll have More flexability" & he says: "I'll tell Putin"

How come when Barack was Barry he was not only a lousy student but also a seller of drugs, but when he changed his name to Barack Hussen Obama he became noble and brilliant and a doer of great deeds and a thinker of great thoughts and a saver of the world occupied by black people and poor people and women people from all the evils brought forth by those nasty white believers of republicanism? Huh? Tell me, please, just how did that come about? Was he the first transformation promised by the Democratic Party?

Have you read this? It's GREAT! He wants to prepare for such big trouble, (even if it comes to civil war,) by beefing up Lubbock County's Law Enforcement. I love this man. Not savvy enough to provide links, but you can google it with ease.

Wow! How intelligent could this guy really be, to be fooled into thinking that about Obama? What about Obama in 2008 or since would lead any intelligent person to believe that? To even think that casts real doubt on his judgement, making this Romney endorsement almost meaningless.

He endorsed Romney. That, since it is interpreted as urging others to vote for Romney, would generally be considered a strong indicator that he himself intends to vote for Romney. I'm not exactly sure what you are looking for. Did you want him to post a snapshot of an advanced ballot? Maybe a video of him sealing the ballot in an envelope and then walking to the post office and handing it over?

For the life of me I cannot see why he is so popular. Oh wait, now I get it - those who are on welfare for life, want free healthcare, want free college education, want free abortions, want free contraception, are gay, and who are being brainwashed by this Bozo like him. I'm just hoping though that these nearly 50% of our population are just too lazy to get out to vote.

The population of America; It is like the prideful teenage girl admitting to her parents that they were right. That guy who hangs out with gang members, wrecked her car, burned his home for insurance and has an extensive rap sheet really is not her best choice. Normally common sense comes with maturity before the fascinating and attractive "bad boy" takes over her whole life. She had four years and the eye glaze is diminishing only slightly, She still fiercly defends him. The wedding date is in November, the invitations sent and her friends (the press who introduced them) is careful in hiding his flaws and busy trashing a fine young man who wants to court her.

"I thought Barack Obama was ideally situated to speak some necessary truths to the Islamic world," said Craig Silverman.
Why would you possibly think that with his past history? Is it because the media didn't inform the American people about Obama's worldview?
What Silverman is acknowledging with his support for Romney/Ryan is that the mainstream media should have informed the American people about Frank Marshall Davis, and Rev Jeremiah Wright, and Bill Ayers, and Saul Alinsky...

I am bringing up the film '2016' as often as possible.
I do not think it has lies in it, and it exposes the lies of omission that are damaging us all, and making us more divided and poorer.
Once again, it goes back to the LSM.
One example: Recently a prominent Democrat man admitted to sex with a seventeen year old boy and there were no cries for his resignation, yet we have one Republican all over the news for displaying ignorance about the chances of getting pregnant from rape.
