Rich Duprey's Biography

Rich Duprey is a real, live police officer fighting for Truth, Justice, and Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Hence the "Cop" in his screen name. He holds particularly useless degrees in literature and government from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City but freely admits the latter enabled him to get a job as government relations director for a statewide chamber of commerce prior to pinning on a badge. He's also delivered pizza, sold photographer appointments door-to-door, and lugged plenty of exterior steel doors at Home Depot.

Yet it was during the time of hobnobbing with business executives that Rich began investigating the hidden stock picker within and stumbled on The Motley Fool. Interest turned to passion and a love affair with all things Fool blossomed rivaling his devotion to hot, glazed doughnuts and Coors Light.

Politicians and lawyers all hold the same dear place in his heart, and Rich believes the Eighth Circle of Hell in Dante's Inferno is too good for them. If he pulls you over for speeding, he encourages you to let him know you're a Fool.
